Dr Tatiana Tikhomirova
Tatiana Tikhomirova is Senior Researcher at the Psychological Institute, Russian Academy of Education and at the Institute of Psychology, Russian Academy of Sciences. She is also the scientific director of the Experimental Platform on the basis of the Secondary Public School at Moscow region. Tatiana received an MSc in Pedagogic sciences and a PhD in Psychology from the Russian Academy of Sciences. She is member of the Russian Psychological Society and the International Society for Intelligence Research.
The current focus of her research is on problems of the environmental influences on development of individual differences in educationally relevant traits. Tatiana is leading the longitudinal project of study of cognitive sources of variation in learning achievement. The researches supported by grants from Russian Science Foundation, Russian Foundation for Humanities and Agreement between the Russian Academy of Sciences and British Academy.
Dr Tikhomirova supervises many BSc and MSc, and PhD students’ research. She is an author of more than 60 scientific works.
